
Phoebe Graubard is a practicing
attorney with extensive experience in legal issues related to
student and employee discipline and compliance with special education
and disability acts.
She has litigated in state and federal courts on behalf of school
districts, parents and teachers and has given workshops and written
articles in this field. At Golden Gate University School of Law,
Ms. Graubard was a member of the Law Review and published an article
on First Amendment student speech disputes.
Since moving to the Mendocino Coast she has also been doing court
appointed criminal appeals and recently successfully argued a
case before the Court of Appeal, first district.
